Who we are
MoldOps Studio is a private internal operations workspace used by our team to manage authorized Etsy shop workflows for steel mold product lines.
Information we process
Depending on the Etsy OAuth scopes approved by the shop owner, the application may process shop profile data, listing data, listing images and metadata, inventory and variation data, receipt and transaction data, and support contact information.
How we use information
We use Etsy data only to provide internal shop operations features, including catalog review, listing maintenance, inventory readiness, order review, fulfillment context, support lookup, and operational reporting for our authorized shop.
How we do not use information
- We do not ask for or store Etsy usernames or passwords.
- We do not sell, rent, license, or transfer Etsy member data as a standalone data product.
- We do not use Etsy member content or shop data to train artificial intelligence models.
- We do not scrape Etsy pages or bypass Etsy's API.
- We do not use the application to divert checkout activity away from Etsy.
Access and retention
Access is limited to team members with an operational need. Data is retained only as long as needed for the authorized shop workflow, legal obligations, security review, or support request. When access is revoked or no longer needed, connected tokens and related operational data are deleted or deactivated within a reasonable period.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect application access, OAuth tokens, and operational records. If we identify a data incident involving Etsy member data, we will notify the relevant parties as required by applicable law and Etsy API terms.
